J'ai voulu créer un mouvement, une contestation sur notre réalité sociétale à travers des musiques, vidéos..
As a very young age, Thomas Vogt was introduced to the guitar and then to the piano, and gradually turned to the MAO. From these different musical universes will be born his first compositions.
Inspired by Avicii, Fred Again and Odesza, VOG mixes electronic music genres, from pop to pop-rock, to create his own musical identity.
His first EP, "A Split Of A Second", was released in early 2019 and quickly accumulated several hundred thousand streams.
a year later VOG decided to release a new single, "Coffee Break", featuring Gabriella. First track from his new EP "INTERPRETATION" signed with My Major Company, aired on French TV at MCM & MTV. It also aired in radios like Nrj/Virgin/Voltage/Fun Radio...
He comes back this year with his new collaborative project called 'Sound Of Society" with his partner in crime Oliver Charles, singer and co-producer of this album.
"For 3 years, we have saved every penny we could to write, record and produce an album with an alt-pop mainstream approach and hustle all the way to creating the music & videos ourselves from start to finish. It’s hard to trust the process, but we really worked through the mud and ended up recording songs for our collaborative album beggining with SHOOT THE LIGHTS OUT.
We love to picture the possible outcomes of the future of our society and we wish to connect with the world with pop music that offers original topics and stories that unites us all."
