Parisian label founded in 2011, embodies a passionate love for the diversity of Jamaican musical styles. Al x Dubsquad and Jahtom, also known as Tom Dubsquad, merge their creativity to offer a unique approach to reggae rhythms. Accompanied by talented artists from around the world who share this common love for reggae culture, the label has successfully forged musical connections with artists from Sweden, China, Jamaica, Italy, the United States, Russia, and many other countries.
Their musical journey began with Marina P's single "Summertime," in a UK style that marked the beginning of a series of fruitful collaborations. The album "The House of the Rising Sun Riddim" gained recognition in 2012 for its musical diversity and international reach, bringing together artists such as Rod Taylor, Solo Banton, Tiwony, Earl Zero, Omar Perry, and many others.
2020 "Rocking Riddim," a digital instrumental featuring international artists such as Million Stylez, Daddy Freddy feat Shumba Youth, King Kong, Bunny General, and Tenor Youthman.
2023 will see the highly anticipated release of "Piratedub VS Dubsquad Late Night Blues," an instrumental Dub album that promises to be a masterpiece. Born out of long nights of research and creation, this opus blends guitars, bass, organ, clavinet, drums, and traditional percussion in original compositions mixed in an analog manner. Dubsquad Productions continues to write its musical history rich in diversity and exciting international collaborations.
